The building was clean and well kept. Walkable location close to the town center. Cheerful and helpful staff. Organized and clean facilities. Beautiful surrounding with children's playground and climbing wall.

I had a great time staying at Jugendherberge in Oberammergau. The location was perfect, just a short walk along the river to all the attractions in town. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids and the private bathroom was a nice convenience. The breakfast included typical German food, which suited my taste. The staff at the desk were friendly and spoke English well. Free WiFi in the lobby and close to the rooms was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hostel for a fun and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast spread was decent and had a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hostel was quite convenient and near to the attractions we wanted to visit. the hostel had a great children's playground that kept our kids entertained.
Our room was very small and the bunk beds were uncomfortable. the staff at the reception was not very friendly and did not make us feel welcome.
